  • We had the car detailed after our youngest got sick the car. At this point, it appears that they did a good job cleaning and getting the smell out. My concern is that we paid to have the inside treated when we bought the car and we shouldn't have had a problem getting it clean to begin with. I discussed this with the shop and while they had no answer as to why it didn't work, they did assure me that if we had problems getting something cleaned up in the future, let them know and they would see what they could work out. The only complaint on the detailing is that on the outside of the car on the molding around the bottom of the car, it looks like there are grease spots around the entire car.
